In
partnership with the

Officer/Office for Technology,
NYS Office of
General Services,
NYS Forum IT Accessibility Committee and
WGBH, the New York Network/SUNYSat hosted a live, captioned webcast of “Open Meeting Webcasts” as part of the Government Technology Conference (GTC).
The session focused on Executive Order 3 which
requires that agencies begin to webcast their open meetings as of July
1, 2007. Panel presenters included representatives from each partner
organization, as well as from several additional NYS agencies.
Discussions focused on updates to resources the state has to offer, as
well as best practices and challenges several state agencies have
experienced to date.
