The New York Network (NYN) and
The
Office of General Services (OGS) are very pleased to announce a
partnership between the agencies that will make cost effective web
casting available in The Empire State Plaza’s all purpose meeting
rooms. With this partnership, organizations will now have the option of using NYN’s comfortable studio space or the sizeable meeting rooms, which in some cases can accommodate up to 450 people. EO3 requires all meetings subject to Open Meeting Laws to be broadcast on the internet via web cast beginning on July 1, 2007. OGS and NYN will be hosting two open house demonstrations in the near future. These dates and times will be posted as soon as the timeslots are selected. New York State Open Meetings Webcast Page
